TERMS AND CONDITIONS (referred to as "the Company" or "We")

1. Check-In Procedure

We offer a streamlined self-check-in process. By 3:00 p.m. on the day of their arrival, guests will be provided with a virtual boarding pass. This boarding pass will detail check-in instructions, essential information about the stay, parking guidelines, and various tutorials related to the unit's amenities.

2. Security Deposit and Refund

2.1. A security deposit of C$300 will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card within forty-eight (48) hours of their arrival.
2.2. Our cleaning team will conduct cleaning at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day. If needed, a written report with photos will be sent after assessing the apartment's condition.
2.3. If no issues are found, the security deposit will be released within forty-eight (48) hours of departure.

3. Occupancy and Age Restrictions

3.1. Occupancy is limited to two (2) people per bed or four (4) for a two-bedroom unit. Guest allowance is double the occupancy limit until 11pm.
3.2. Reservations for individuals under 18 are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in denied access.

4. Smoke-Free Policy

Smoking or consuming any smoke-producing substances, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, hookahs, marijuana, or any other drugs, is strictly prohibited in all hotel areas.

5. Usage Restrictions

Commercial or professional activities in the apartment require prior authorization. An additional fee may apply if approved.

6. Check-In and Check-Out Times

6.1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on the reserved day.
6.2. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the departure day.
6.3. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must done via the boarding pass and are subject to approval and potential fees.

7. Pricing

Prices vary based on season, availability, and promotions. They can change without notice. No adjustments will be made during non-refundable reservation periods.

8. Identity Verification

Prior to check-in, guests are required to undergo a registration process for identity verification, which must be completed before your scheduled arrival. Failure to cooperate may lead to access being denied.

9. Amenities

Apartments come with bath towels, cutlery, and an extra set of sheets.

10. Internet

Complimentary high-speed internet is provided. Overloaded networks may affect streaming or downloading.

11. Television

11.1. Apartments have cable or a smart TV in the living room.
11.2. Some apartments, at our discretion, offer bedroom cable connections.

12. Laundry Facilities

Apartments are equipped with washers and dryers. At Stanley Court Hotel, they are in a communal laundry room.

13. Penalties for Rule Violations

Violations may result in partial or full security deposit retention. Formal complaints may be filed with booking platforms and authorities.

14. Access Rights

For reasons like maintenance, security, or emergencies, we may access apartments. Guests will be notified in advance.

15. Addressing Dissatisfaction

We'll make reasonable efforts to address any guest dissatisfaction during their stay.

16. Force Majeure

16.1. Natural Disasters:
In the event of natural disasters that render the hotel premises uninhabitable or inaccessible, Simplissimmo assumes responsibility for relocating guests to a comparable alternative accommodation. If relocation is not possible, guests will be entitled to a full refund.

16.2. Border Closure:
If the borders of Canada are officially closed by government mandate, all reservations affected by this closure will be refunded in full.

17. Additional Charges

The net rental price includes 14.975% QST/GST taxes. A 3.5% federal accommodation tax and cleaning fee are added.

18. Restrictions on Pets and Bicycles

Pets, bicycles, scooters, and similar items are not allowed in apartments or common areas. Violations may result in charges.

19. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

20. Cancellation Policy

A 100% penalty applies for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date, if the reservation was made directly through the Simplissimmo website, up to midnight.

Any booking made with a discounted rate or a promotional code cannot be modified or refunded, except for bookings using codes beginning with "SAVEWITH..." or ."W3lcome-10$". Such bookings are subject to the terms outlined in cancellation policy 20.1.

21. No Show

"No Show" is defined as the guest passing their check-in date and failing to complete their registration by 11 a.m. the following day. In such cases, the reservation will be subject to our cancellation policy 20.1.
